The New Business Intercom HW team is a tight-knit, cross-disciplinary group of 21 electronics and mechanics engineers developing Axis's intercom products and solutions. What you'll do here as a Senior Electronics Engineer

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will take ownership of regulatory aspects of our hardware development - from early concept through to a product ready for manufacturing. Your work directly impacts the quality and innovation of the intercom solutions that Axis delivers worldwide.

Support and set requirements in early project phases: Analyze which product, radio, and electrical safety certifications are required for new products based on their intended markets and technical specifications.

Influence the design: Translate certification requirements into concrete design recommendations for the hardware team.

Be the primary contact for test houses: Plan, book, and follow up tests with external testing institutes and act as Axis's technical representative.

Drive the certification work forward: Ensure that all necessary documentation is in place and that the project's certification schedule is maintained.

Serve as a knowledge bridge: Collaborate closely with other departments at Axis to stay updated on new and changed global standards and disseminate this knowledge within development projects.
