About the Role
As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products supporting critical business and operational needs. You will work closely with a highly skilled agile team focused on delivering advanced data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust ETL pipelines
- Develop scalable data products and architectures
- Work with modern Lakehouse and Medallion architectures
- Ensure data quality, testing, and reliability
- Collaborate within agile cross-functional teams
- Contribute to cloud-based data platform solutions
- Required Skills & Experience
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with data modeling
- Hands-on experience with PySpark and ETL development
- Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms
- Knowledge of Delta Tables, Parquet files, and S3 architecture
- Experience with Apache Airflow
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with data quality frameworks and testing
- Comfortable working in agile environments
