What you will do

As a Process Engineer in our prototype line facility, you will be responsible for a specific process and its related equipment. In this role, you will take a leading position in process development, optimization, and technical problem solving, while also working hands-on with experimental activities and equipment support.

You will lead process development and improvement projects using systematic Design of Experiments (DOE) to better understand key parameters and improve product quality and electrochemical performance. A key part of the role is to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actions that improve both quality and efficiency. You will also troubleshoot technical issues, support commissioning of new equipment, and collaborate closely with suppliers during FAT, SAT, and equipment modifications when needed.

Working cross-functionally with material and cell design teams, you will help ensure successful battery cell development and share key learnings with relevant stakeholders. You will also be involved in evaluating future equipment needs and driving implementation of upgrades and new solutions. Over time, you will build deep know
