What You’ll Do..
As a Tech Lead within the Clausewitz team, you will combine hands-on programming with technical leadership, ensuring the team delivers stable, scalable, and high-performing systems that empower our game teams. You’ll collaborate closely with programmers and other disciplines to drive technical direction, improve workflows, and support the long-term evolution of our technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to programmers within the team
- Define and drive the technical vision for engine systems and tools
- Support the team in delivering stable, scalable, and high-performance solutions
- Collaborate with game teams and other disciplines to improve workflows and development efficiency
- Help the team maintain development velocity while ensuring high code quality
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong C++ programming expertise, preferably within the game industry
- Experience working with proprietary engines and complex technical systems
- Leadership experience through mentoring, technical ownership, or leading teams
- Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and scalable architectures
- Comfortable working with multithreaded and cross-platform systems
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in English
