RPA Program Lead

We’re investing heavily in UiPath as our strategic platform going forward, and this role will play a central part in leading the transition from our existing NICE automation landscape into a modern, scalable automation capability. This is a hands-on leadership role with visible executive sponsorship, real ownership from day one, and a clear opportunity to help shape both the platform and the future team as the program grows.

In the role as a RPA Program Lead you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our next generation automation capability, centered around UiPath and evolving Intelligent Automation technologies.

As an RPA Program Lead, you will also

🚀 Lead the transition from our existing NICE automation landscape into UiPath as the strategic platform going forward

⚙️ Combine hands-on UiPath development with technical leadership, architecture, governance, and operational ownership

📦 Identify, prioritize, and deliver automation opportunities across operations, finance, customer service, credit, collections, and other business areas

🧠 Help shape how we evolve from traditional RPA into broader Intelligent Automation and agentic automation capabilities

🤝 Work closely with both business stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure automation delivers measurable and sustainable business value

On a personal level

We believe you have

✓ Experience leading or scaling RPA / automation programs in production environments

✓ Strong hands-on UiPath experience and solid technical judgement around automation architecture and operations

✓ Experience working in regulated environments where governance, resilience, and auditability matter

✓ The ability to partner with both business stakeholders and senior leadership to identify where automation creates real value
