Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a HEMA Lead - Nordics, located in Copenhagen, Denmark ; Solna Sweden or Espoo, Finland

The HEMA Lead Nordics leads Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) strategy and execution across the Nordic countries, ensuring optimal access, funding, and adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions. The role drives value-based access strategies aligned with Nordic healthcare systems and EMEA priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute HEMA strategy for the Nordics Countries aligned with DePuy Synthes and EMEA priorities.
  • Develop and deliver market access and funding strategies to enable adoption and sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with payers, HTA bodies, institutional decision-makers and relevant authorities to shape the external environment and advance value-based adoption.
