Job Description
You'll be the first face our language students see when they are embarking on their journey and the first one to welcome them back when they return back to Finland - helping them get from A to B smoothly, safely, and with a smile. The role requires flexible work hours, often you are free during mid days and work only related to when our students flights departs and arrives.
Responsibilities
- Meet & greet students at Helsinki Airport
- Help guide them to connecting flights
- Keep things running smoothly (even when it's a little chaotic)
- Be in touch with our head office & local teams
- Solve unexpected hiccups like lost bags or delays
Requirements
- You speak Finnish fluently & English like a pro
- You're calm under pressure and quick on your feet
- You love working with people and as part of a team
- You're studying (or interested in) travel, events, logistics, or service
- Bonus if you've worked in airports, events, or travel before
