Danfoss Editron is leading the electrification revolution. Our mission is to end pollution with electrification. Editron specializes in hybrid and electric powertrain systems for the off-highway, marine and specialty vehicle markets. As a business division of Danfoss Power Solutions segment, it develops and manufactures high-performance power systems for heavy-duty machines, vehicle and marine vessels.

We now have an opportunity to add a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee and develop our portfolio of Power Electronics products. This role will be based at one of our main locations in Finland, with some European travel (up to 25%) to meet with customers as required.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Senior Portfolio Manager, Power Electronics, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

Lead the full product lifecycle for divisional PE products, from concept to end‑of‑life.

Drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to shape product direction.

Define product line strategy, roadmaps, and pricing aligned with market trends and divisional goals.

Collaborate cross‑functionally (R&DE, PMO, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations) to deliver products on time and within budget.

Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements while benchmarking competitors and crafting strong value propositions.

Engage OEM customers as a thought leader, monitor product performance, and guide improvements, compliance, and go‑to‑market execution with sales and marketing.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering (Power Electronics) or similar relevant qualification, alongside demonstrable experience
