The Impact You'll Make

As HR People Partner for Supply Chain, you will be a trusted partner to leaders across the supply chain at our Danfoss Drives Vaasa factory, working closely with operations where people's decisions matter every day. You help create the conditions for strong performance, high engagement, and employee wellbeing in a technology driven production environment.

You will be part of a site with around 700 employees across all functions, within a Finnish organization of approximately 1,000 employees. As a member of the Vaasa factory operations steering group, you ensure that people perspectives are embedded in key operational and business decisions.

By combining hands-on HR partnership with a pragmatic, people focused approach, you ensure that HR practices are fair, compliant, and supportive for both leaders and employees turning business needs into practical people solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with all leaders across the supply chain, including managers for factory employees, managers for senior salaried employees and factory leadership, to strengthen performance, engagement, and employee wellbeing.

Manage the employee lifecycle for your scope, from recruitment agency collaboration and pre‑boarding to role changes and offboarding, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.

Support employee relations, applying the factory workers' collective agreement consistently, and handling cases in close dialogue with leaders and employee representatives.

Contribute to employer branding and site level initiatives, supporting talent attraction, onboarding, and local activities that strengthen Danfoss' employer value proposition.

Work closely with the European HR Service Delivery Organization (AskHR) to ensure lean, effective, and high-quality HR support for the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with employee relations preferably in the technology industry, in both daily operational matters
