About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Planning Engineer to join our Project Controls team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting across large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with senior planners and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Support progress monitoring and reporting against baseline schedules. Collect and analyze project data to identify delays and risks. Assist in preparing look-ahead programs and weekly/monthly reports. Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to gather progress updates. Contribute to resource and cost loading activities within schedules. Maintain accurate planning documentation and records. Support the team in risk analysis and mitigation planning.
