Responsibilities

  • As a (Senior) Workplace Specialist at DayOne, you play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the office. You will manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks, from office facility coordination, travel arrangements to invoice processing and vendor administration, while helping to create an efficient and well-functioning work environment.
  • This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Your key responsibilities will include,Supporting the daily operations of the office to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors and service providers to ensure a professional and welcoming experience
  • Maintaining a functioning office environment, including supplies, workspace readiness, and onboarding arrangements
  • Processing invoices in accordance with internal finance procedures and work closely with the Finance team to track invoice submissions and payment status to ensure timely processing.
  • Liaising with vendors and coordinating vendor registration processes and maintaining relevant vendor documentation.
  • Coordinating and arranging visit
