The impact you will make
As Lead Project Manager, you take ownership of medium to large product delivery projects across Finland and the Nordic region. You lead projects from planning through to final delivery, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
You are the key point of contact for customers and a central link across internal teams, suppliers, and service resources. Your work helps build strong customer relationships, supports business performance, and contributes to the successful delivery of critical power transmission solutions.

Responsibilities
- You will:Lead the end-to-end execution of customer projects from planning to final delivery
- Manage customer relationships and contract delivery throughout the project lifecycle
- Create and maintain project schedules and delivery plans
- Oversee project reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Manage invoicing, variation orders, and cost control
- Monitor project progress and identify risks early, taking action to avoid delays
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, logistics, field service resources, and factory supervisors
- Support procurement activities with internal and external suppliers
- Ensure safe project execution and promote strong environmental, health, and safety practices
