Senior Consultant, Organizational Change Management

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Innovation Center of Excellence's Business Consulting team here at CGI. In this Organizational Change Management (OCM) role, you will lead challenging client assignments related to change and transformation initiatives, particularly those involving new technologies such as AI and Generative AI adoption, digital and IT transformation, and operating model development. Our clients are embarking on transformation journeys, and the Senior Consultant's role is to advise on how the people and organizational aspects of change should be approached, while also supporting the execution of transformation plans together with the client. This includes helping organizations drive AI adoption, build AI-enabled ways of working, and ensure successful employee engagement and capability development in AI-related transformations. In larger assignments, the Senior Consultant may work as part of a broader team of CGI professionals and consultants.

As client needs vary, the Senior Consultant's tasks are mainly related, but not limited, to:

Leading OCM activities in the clients' change/transformation initiatives: selecting fit-for-purpose approaches, advising senior leadership, drafting plans and measures, scheduling needed OCM activities, ensuring OCM resourcing etc.

Supporting AI and Generative AI transformation initiatives from an organizational, people, culture and adoption perspective.

Acting as trusted advisor for CGI clients.
