Our hotel is located on top of a stunning fell, where weather conditions can change quickly. Our 69 rooms, along with the sauna and jacuzzi facilities, are spread across separate buildings, so the role involves working outdoors in all weather condition. At Star Arctic, work does not stop because of wind or snowstorms. Even on busy days, the weather can be challenging – and that’s when teamwork truly makes the difference. As a Housekeeping Shift Manager, you support and guide the team in daily operations, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, according to given instructions, and in line with our quality standards.

Among other qualifications, we expect strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. You will lead by example while actively working alongside the team in daily operations.

We hope you have previous experience working in a supervisory role; however, a strong background in the cleaning industry and a willingness to learn will also give you an excellent opportunity to succeed in this role. You will be supported by our Housekeeping Manager.

A category B driving license is required, as the job involves moving around the property by car.
