As Social Sustainability Coordinator, you will be welcomed as part of Hanken’s Quality Assurance team. You will closely collaborate across several university functions, including  administration, faculty, and students in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • The work mainly includes a) coordinating Hanken’s DEI work and operationalizing our DEI plan 2025–2027; b) developing teaching and support materials to strengthen the DEI competence of Hanken’s faculty and staff.
  • Specific tasks include the following:
  • Develop and support Hanken’s DEI work and the operationalisation of our internal DEI plan, especially the goal of strengthening staff competencies to work in a diverse environment.
  • Coordinate and act as secretary Hanken’s DEI committee.
  • Prepare Hanken’s monthly internal sustainability newsletter
  • Coordinate and maintain contacts for Hanken’s collaboration with other higher education institutions on DEI issues.
