Manufacturing Engineer

Beneq is looking for Manufacturing Engineer to join our Advanced ALD Business Unit in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you'll support daily manufacturing operations, develop production systems and processes, and help ensure efficient, high-quality production of Beneq's advanced ALD equipment platforms, including the P-Series, TFS -Series, and C2R product families.

This is a versatile role combining hands-on production support, process development, and operational coordination. You'll work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D teams in a fast-paced high-tech manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Support daily production operations and coordinate production priorities

Develop and improve production systems, workflows, and documentation

Support ERP/MES-related development and reporting

Troubleshoot production-related technical and operational issues

Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing activities

Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing ramp-ups

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D teams

Help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations

Act as operational support and deputy for the Production Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or another relevant technical field
  • Experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Hands-on and proactive working style
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Experience with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing processes
  • English language skills

  • Experience in high-tech industries
