Investment Manager, Nordics

We are looking for an Investment Manager to join our Helsinki office and support the growth strategy of our renewable energy investment portfolio and business in the Nordics. This dynamic role combines various tasks related to renewable energy development and transactions e.g. financial analysis and modeling, M&A project management, stakeholder and portfolio management, as well as contributing to business development activities. You work as part of Korkia’s 20-person global investment team.

Your key responsibilities include:

📈 Business case analysis and financial modeling: supporting the evaluation, structuring, and execution of Korkia’s renewable energy investments and exits in the Nordics at different stages of development.

🛠️ Project management and support in transactions: key role in the execution of transaction processes, including Due Diligence and deal negotiations together with the Nordics team and wider group support.

🚀 Supporting business development activities: being an integral part of the business development team focusing on development of renewable energy and energy storage projects as well as other emerging business opportunities.

💡 Monitoring performance and governance: monitoring project progress and performance, robust governance, and market trends to support investment decision-making and ensuring alignment of interests.

📚 Reporting and supporting materials: contributing to monthly company reporting, preparing presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
