Night Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable and service-minded Night Receptionist to be the face of our guest experience during evening and night hours!

The location of Star Arctic Hotel on the top of Kaunispää guarantees an unforgettable experience for both our team members and our guests. The surrounding landscape and nature change daily throughout the season - from the beautiful colors of the polar night during the darkest time of winter to the spring sunshine making the snowy fells glow. In this role, you will create a welcoming and secure environment for our guests, ensure smooth overnight operations, and be available to assist with any needs that may arise.

You should have a strong attention to detail, even during late hours. Our Night Receptionists monitor bookings, prepare schedules for upcoming guests, and handle other administrative tasks throughout the night.

As the role involves working overnight shifts, it is important that you are comfortable and experienced in working during night-time hours.
