People systems key user - Ensuring seamless People processes through strong system expertise
We are looking for a People Systems Specialist to play a vital role in the day-to-day success and continuous development of our People solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM.
In this role, you will act as a functional expert for one or more process areas, ensuring that system usage supports agreed People processes and the objectives of our People Plan.

This role is tentatively planned to be primarily focused on Recruitment, workforce planning and End-User Enablement (journeys, OGL) process areas - such as onboarding, candidate and offer management, workforce planning. Experience with reporting and analytics is considered a highly appreciated skill in this role.
In this role you will work closely with the People team, Tech (IT), Finance, and business stakeholders to maintain, develop, and continuously improve system functionality, while providing hands-on second-level (Level 2) support, resolving more complex issues escalated from first-level support.
