As our Growth Marketing Manager for Organic Growth, your mission is to help scale Hoxhunt's organic growth and AI-assisted distribution engine.
As buyers increasingly discover and evaluate vendors through AI-generated recommendations, modern search and social channels, strong organic visibility and distribution have become a critical growth lever. You'll help shape how Hoxhunt is found, understood and discussed across modern buyer journeys.
Responsibilities
- This role sits within the Growth team in our Global Marketing function and focuses on increasing our visibility, discoverability and engagement across modern search, AI-driven discovery and organic distribution channels.
- You'll work at the intersection of SEO, GEO, social distribution, lifecycle marketing, AI-assisted content operations and growth experimentation, ensuring Hoxhunt is consistently found, cited and discussed when buyers research cybersecurity challenges and solutions.
- This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating fast, building scalable workflows and combining creativity with systems thinking.
- You'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Strategic Communications and Regional Demand teams to scale and distribute product narratives, customer insights and market perspectives across multiple channels.
