Head of Workplace Hardware & Country Onsite,
we are looking for a hands-on team member with a strong focus on practical work and supporting internal customers.
Your main location will be in Vilnius Saltoniškių 7A. Assistance from other countries may be requested during projects or substitutions. This is a full-time on-site position due to the role specifics.

What you’ll do:
End-User Workplace Hardware & Mobile Support:
Provide onsite support and troubleshooting for computers, peripherals, and mobile devices (Windows/Mac/iOS/Android)• Manage device enrollment and administration (Intune, ABM)
Perform hardware repairs, components replacements, upgrades and diagnostics• Resolve software and operating system issues escalated by first-line support teams
Prepare and deploy devices for new joiners (imaging, configuration, onboarding)• Maintain accurate asset inventory across PCs and mobile devices in Plaza/ServiceNow• Manage equipment lifecycle
Support employee offboarding by coordinating the return of company equipment
Oversee equipment orders for computers and phones
Manage warranty cases across manufacturer platforms
Conduct annual workplace hardware inventory
Video Conferencing & Common Tech Office Services:
Support and troubleshoot video conferencing rooms, AV systems, cameras, microphones, room controls, and digital signage/room booking systems
Ensure meeting rooms are reliable, up to date, and fully functional through regular inspections and issue resolution
What will help you thrive in this role:
For this position we are looking for someone able to communicate well both with technical teams and end users. You also need:
Extensive experience providing IT support and onsite technical assistance, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving user incidents, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations
Experience of managing both Windows and macOS environments, enabling effective troubleshooting, user support, and maintenance across multi‑platform workplaces
Proficient in computer hardware components, system imaging techniques, driver installation/management, and troubleshooting diagnostics. Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and/or iOS)
Familiarity with MDM platforms, including Microsoft Intune or similar solutions
Ability to disassemble and assemble computers and replace hardware components
Understanding of meeting room equipment and ability to perform initial problem analysis before transferring the problem to remote support administrators
Ability to stay calm when dealing with complex customer issues and complaints. Be able to communicate professionally with a variety of customers
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
