Accounts Receivable Process Expert

We are currently seeking an

Accounts Receivable Process Expert

to join our professional team in Vilnius. This role is responsible for delivering timely and accurate accounts receivable services, with a primary focus on high-volume transactions and financial reporting.

What you’ll do:

Solve

complex AR operational issues and problems

Act

as an AR expert and system key user, while also handling day-to-day operational tasks

Work

with processes deviations, recurring technical issues, root cause analysis, improvements (process gaps)

Build

business cases for process improvements, present them to process manager and/or respective forums, and follow its execution until implemented

Onboard

new services/ process changes to operations (i.e., knowledge, team trainings/ follow-ups & stabilization)

Engage

in change and continuous improvements within accounts receivable process

Communicate

and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding AR process management

Ensure

smooth execution of period-end closing activities

Lead

system upgrades, testing, and integration projects

Proven

Requirements

  • Advanced
  • Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivots, etc.)
  • Proven
  • expertise
  • in SAP, particularly within AR functionalities, considered a key advantage
  • Demonstrated
  • in driving improvements within accounting
  • Process
  • mapping
  • and analysis skills will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency
  • in English and Lithuanian
