As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support our business strategy. What will you be doing?
In this role, you will step into a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will take ownership of a portfolio of complex IT projects, guiding them from concept through to successful delivery. Working closely with internal teams, business stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure that each initiative aligns with strategic priorities and delivers real value.
You will build and manage detailed project plans, balancing timelines, budgets and resources while proactively identifying risks and resolving challenges. As a leader, you will inspire and develop your team, fostering collaboration and high performance. Along the way, you will act as the key escalation point, ensuring that issues are addressed quickly and effectively, while keeping stakeholders informed through clear communication and engaging presentations.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role comes from your ability to combine technical expertise with strong leadership and business acumen. You understand how to navigate complexity, build alignment and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
Proven experience managing complex IT programmes or multiple projects, ideally within network infrastructure
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Prince2, with PMP certification as a plus
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non technical audiences
A proactive and solution focused mindset, with the ability to manage risk, make decisions and deliver under pressure
The anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 251 000–376 250 PLN.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
