Scope / (Content Leadership):
Designs solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards within a Multiple Solution, Platform, or Product Line Context. Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions. Documents and evolves the architecture throughout the product life cycle and strictly aligns with the architecture community for governance.
Accountability/Problem Solving:
Guides others in resolving highly complex issues and problems with implications on cross-functional organizational processes and outcomes. Defines and manages architecture, governance, and technology aligned with stakeholder needs. Maintains the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for a complete platform or product line. Creates Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and Integration pathways. Defines and drives reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions, ensuring Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) are systematically recorded and published across the platform. Drives external technology trends and assesses feasibility, including comprehensive vendor assessments.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicates complex ideas and influences senior-level stakeholders to adopt new approaches. Deeply connects with and understands the business needs, closely partnering with Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs and Marketing stakeholders. Drives seamless information sharing across the complete customer engagement products .
Impact:
Provides high-level technical oversight, guidance, and consultation on specific technologies for product teams. Improves existing solutions, manages technical debt, and researches, evaluates, pilots, and drives the adoption of new technologies. Identifies strategic opportunities to enhance value and business processes within a Platform or Product.
Domain Strategy:
Maintain the technology roadmap for the International Commercial landscape, focusing on CRM, Omnichannel Marketing, and other capabilities
Business / Technical ability:
Applies in-depth and expert-level knowledge across multiple technology areas. Serves as a recognized leader in Architecture Practices development and mentoring.
