Role overview:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and strengthen internal communications across the Process Industries division in ABB, helping employees around the world stay connected to our strategy, priorities, leadership, and culture. You will contribute to business objectives through the development and deployment of innovative and effective communication activities aligned with global communication strategies, standards, and guidelines.
Each day, you will be responsible for driving clear, engaging, and impactful communication that supports organizational alignment, transformation, leadership visibility, and employee engagement across a complex global business. You will also showcase your expertise by partnering with senior leaders and key functions to ensure communication strategies and plans align with division and ABB-wide priorities.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Process Industries division globally. Main stakeholders include the Division President, Global Leadership Team, global and local communications teams, functions (HR, HSE, Strategy, Finance, Legal & Integrity, Operations), and business line leadership teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Leading and executing the global internal communications strategy for ABB Process Industries, ensuring alignment across business lines and countries
Driving communication strategies for transformation initiatives and organizational change, supporting leaders with clear, empathetic, and transparent messaging
Coordinating and activating major division-wide internal communication campaigns and strategic initiatives across global and local teams, ensuring employee engag
