About the Role You will help shape an AI-enabled operating model in a global manufacturing environment where the ambition is to turn strategy into measurable business value. This role combines two senior tracks: you keep a group-level AI capability function running with strong governance, clear reporting, and disciplined follow-up, while also leading end-to-end AI transformation in the business, starting with Sourcing. You will work close to senior stakeholders across business functions and IT, connect strategy with execution, and make sure AI initiatives move from roadmap to adoption and real outcomes. Job DescriptionYou will own and develop the governance calendar, decision forums, meeting formats, and escalation paths for the AI capability function. You will drive value tracking and executive reporting, turning programme progress into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders. You will coordinate across business divisions, group functions, and IT to remove bottlenecks and keep cross-functional work moving. You will assess and improve the value realization framework, including tools, templates, and ways of working that make measurement consistent and repeatable. You will refine operational processes such as intake, prioritization, deployment tracking, and benefits realization. You will lead AI transformation in assigned business functions with full ownership of scope, plan, milestones, governance, and outcomes.
