About the Role You will be the first point of contact for security alerts, incidents, and insider risk cases in an environment where both security and compliance are central. Rather than owning deep technical investigations, you will make sure incoming events are captured, reviewed at a high level, enriched with the right context, and routed to the right team. You will work across ServiceNow, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview, helping create structure and momentum in daily security operations. The role gives you close exposure to how security, IT, and business teams work together around incident intake, escalation, and follow-up. This is a strong opportunity if you want to build practical experience in security operations, incident handling, and data protection while working with modern Microsoft security tools. Job DescriptionYou will act as the first point of contact for incoming security alerts, incidents, and insider risk cases. You will receive, log, and manage cases in ServiceNow. You will perform initial triage and categorization of alerts from Microsoft Defender, including Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, and XDR. You will handle incoming events from Microsoft Purview, including DLP, Insider Risk Management, and compliance alerts. You will make sure alerts and cases are documented clearly and enriched with relevant context. You will track incident progress and keep ticketing systems updated. You will support coordination between security, IT, and business stakeholders.
