Responsibilities

• As a Global Technical Support Engineer, you will provide advanced technical support across the organization, working closely with sales, project teams, and aftermarket functions. Your responsibilities include electrical and thermal dimensioning, supporting solution design to meet customer requirements, environmental conditions, and internal design standards. You will also follow the electrical design throughout the manufacturing process, evaluate machine performance during final testing, and contribute to customer and internal training in electrical machine theory.

You are comfortable prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and thrive in collaborative settings where clear deliveries and teamwork are essential. • Support the sales and project organization with technical expertise and customer-adapted solutions, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and environmental conditions.
• Perform electrical and thermal dimensioning of synchronous motors, generators, and synchronous condensers.
• Be responsible for electrical design quality assurance throughout manufacturing, including evaluation of test results and machine performance.
• Educate sales teams, colleagues, and customers in electrical machine theory and technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical presentations and decision-making materials to support projects and business development.
