Key Account Manager - Design Firms
We are looking for a commercially driven and technically credible Key Account Manager - Design Firms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key design firms, influencing specifications, and positioning our solutions in complex projects across segments such as data centers, heavy industry, and commercial buildings.
You will operate in a consultative sales environment, engaging both technical stakeholders and senior decision-makers, and translating customer needs into value-driven solutions. This is a key role where you will combine relationship-building with execution - turning opportunities into measurable business results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with key design firms, acting as a trusted partner
Drive specification sales by influencing projects early in the design phase
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts
Lead customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions to educate on energy efficiency and digital solutions
Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customers
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. solution architects, sales specialists) to deliver comprehensive solutions
Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with Offer Managers
Contribute to increasing hit rates and strengthening our position across the value chain
