Project Manager / Program Manager - Business Technology Transformations

Sofigate is growing fast, and we are looking for Project and Program Managers to join Sofigate's Transformation Excellence business stream. We have open positions for both Senior Advisors and Advisors. We expect a proven track record of 4+ years for Advisor-level PMs and 10+ years of experience in project and program management for Senior PMs and Program Managers.

In this role, you will lead business technology and transformation initiatives with our customers, helping organizations navigate change and create sustainable value through technology, people, and modern ways of working.

You will work in customer-facing assignments, leading projects and programs across different industries and business environments. Your role is central to ensuring successful delivery and measurable business value by combining customer needs, technology capabilities, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

You value curiosity, continuous learning, and a hands-on approach to new technologies. As AI is a core part of our work, we expect you to understand how generative AI and AI agents can support and impact the business.

What you will do Lead business-critical initiatives with Sofigate's customers

Facilitate collaboration between business and technology stakeholders

Identify improvement opportunities, drive efficiency, and ensure customer value

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and quality

Bring structure and clarity to complex situations and decision-making

Utilize modern tools, including AI-supported ways of working, to enhance project delivery and insights

What we value
