This role owns global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle performance for GE HealthCare's ~$100M Respiratory Monitoring portfolio spanning Patient Monitoring and Anesthesia. The position is accountable for translating clinical insights and customer needs into differentiated, scalable product solutions that drive sustainable growth, improve clinical outcomes, and reinforce GE HealthCare's leadership in perioperative and intensive care environments.
The Senior Global Product Manager operates at the intersection of clinical depth, commercial execution, and portfolio strategy, balancing in-market growth, installed base vitality, and new product investment decisions. The role partners closely with regional commercial teams, R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure products are clinically relevant, economically sound, and execution-ready across global markets.
A core expectation is strong commercial acumen: shaping go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and sales enablement to accelerate orders growth and lifecycle performance. The role also integrates voice-of-customer, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into clear business cases that guide capital allocation and roadmap prioritization.
