We are now looking for People Partners to join our People team. In this role, you will work closely with managers and teams across the organization while also taking ownership of selected People processes and development areas based on your background and strengths.

What would you be working on?
As a People Partner, you will support managers and teams throughout the employee lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor in both everyday people topics and more demanding organizational situations. You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and know how to move things forward independently in changing environments.

Your work may include:
supporting and coaching managers in people and organizational topics
driving and developing HR processes and practices
supporting change situations and organizational transformations
collaborating closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders
participating in development projects and continuous improvement initiatives
