We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead and develop our quality and management systems across the organization. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for building a structured, proactive quality culture and ensuring that quality is integrated into everything we do-from supplier performance and production processes to customer experience and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the company's quality management framework and drive systematic quality development across the business. Your key responsibilities include:
Owning and developing the company's quality and management systems
Establishing structured processes and standards to support operational excellence and future certification readiness
Driving quality assurance and quality control activities throughout manufacturing and the supply chain
Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions related to quality deviations and non-conformities
Developing quality processes, documentation, and performance monitoring
Working closely with production, sourcing, engineering, after-sales, and customer-facing teams to strengthen quality performance
Supporting supplier and customer quality matters when required
Promoting a systematic, data-driven, and continuous improvement mindset across the organization
