Marketing Activation Manager, Travel Retail & Industrial
We are now looking for a Marketing Activation Manager to drive impactful shopper marketing and activation excellence across Travel Retail & Industrial, part of our Group Commercial Organization, enabling our journey to become a strong international FMCG company.
In this role, you will turn brand strategies into high-performing, insight-driven activations that strengthen Fazer's visibility, shopper engagement, and sales performance across Travel Retail channels and customers. As Marketing Activation Manager, you will play a key role in translating business and brand strategies into best-in-class shopper experiences and activation plans.
You will:
Develop and execute shopper marketing platforms for priority brands and categories, based on insights, business objectives, and channel opportunities
Lead and deliver activation plans across customers, channels, and key touchpoints (in-store, e-com, trade events, exhibitions)
Drive customer-specific activations together with Key Account Managers, including promotions, POS materials, and visibility solutions
Manage promotional and novelty projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and building scalable activation
Own and implement key activation assets, including travel retail assets and exhibition presence
Ensure strong execution in digital and e-commerce channels, improving Fazer brand visibility
