⚡ Construction Worker / Team Leader (Electrical / Construction Sector) - 6-Week Project

We are currently looking for team leaders for a construction site-people who take ownership and keep things moving.

In this role, you're not just a doer-you're a driver of the team's direction on-site.

👉 Experienced professionals are preferred,

👉 but we also consider electrical students and those at the beginning of their careers.

🔧 What the role means in practiceYou're responsible for your team's daily work

You guide and support other workers on-site

You ensure work progresses according to plan

You make sure work is done safely and efficiently

👉 In practice, the team leader acts as a link between site management and workers, coordinating daily operations on-site

💰 What we offerApprox. 6-week project

12-hour workdays

6-2 shift rotation

✅ Who we're looking for

Experienced candidates:

Background in construction or electrical work

Previous responsibility on-site (a plus)

Ability to guide others and make decisions

You must have a valid work permit in Finland and already be located in Finland

Juniors / students:

Ongoing studies in electrical or construction field

Interest in taking responsibility

Willingness to learn quickly and lead a team
