About the job

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support customers via phone, email, and chat while helping them with questions and finding the best possible solutions.

You’ll work in an international and fast paced environment where customer satisfaction is the top priority. No previous experience is required, as you’ll receive full training before you start.

You’ll mainly support Finnish speaking customers, while communicating with your international colleagues in English throughout the day. This makes the role a great opportunity to improve your language skills, gain international work experience, and meet people from all over the world.

What will you get?
