The Markets Lead – Southern Europe / Northern & Western Europe will play a pivotal role in steering refurbed’s commercial planning through data-driven forecasting and cross-functional collaboration for the respective regional markets cluster.
This role connects demand planning, market needs, and marketing investments to ensure marketing spend is aligned with overall market strategy.
You will work on demand forecasting processes, develop analytical frameworks to project sales trends, and translate marketing and commercial inputs into actionable plans — ensuring Refurbed’s markets remain agile, sustainable, and growth-focused.
You will work closely with performance marketing, category & supply teams, CRM, product, and other commercial teams.
WHO YOU ARE
5–7 years of experience in commercial strategy, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or demand planning within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; advanced Excel and Looker (or equivalent BI) proficiency.
Solid understanding of marketing metrics and e-commerce funnel KPIs.
Demonstrated deep expertise in Southern European / Northern & Western European market dynamics (cultural, commercial, and competitive). Able to translate local consumer behavior into marketing strategy. Native-level understanding preferred.
Southern Europe focuses on scaling growth in developing and high-potential Mediterranean markets with strong localization and brand-building needs across Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, and Greece.
North Western Europe focuses on accelerating growth and competitive positioning in mature, high-value markets across Ireland, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
