HEAD OF SOLUTIONS, INFLIGHT & FLIGHTOPS

to join Finnair's Digital Operations team in Finnair HQ near Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Digital Operations plays a crucial role in supporting Finnair's operational units and shaping the digital foundation that enables safety, punctuality, efficiency, resilience and high-quality operations.

As Head of Solutions, Inflight & FlightOps, you will enable safe, reliable and efficient inflight operations and flight operations through coherent, value-driven digital solutions. You own the digital solution domains for Inflight and FlightOps, ensuring clarity, prioritisation and long-term direction. Acting as a tactical partner to operational leadership, you translate operational needs, regulatory requirements and improvement opportunities into actionable, future-ready development portfolios and investment decisions.
