We are now looking for a

BUSINESS CONTROLLER

to join our Business Control team in Finance at our headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.

As a Business Controller, you will: A ct asafinance business partnerforone or multiplebusiness units.

P rovide valuable financial insights, business cases andanalysisof financial implicationsto supportplanning anddecision-makingin management teams, steering groups and other forums. Your efforts will ultimately drive actions thatimprove Finnair'sprofitability and financial position.

W orkwithcross- organisational topicsandprojects.

B eresponsible for various tasks related to end-to-end financial and customer journey processes,such asfinancial forecasting, financial modelling and financial reporting.

B e a part of ourBusinessControlteamthat has a strong team spirit andwillingness tosupportyou.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance development, business control, analytics, or consulting.

Ability and willingness to dive deep into data and extract relevant insights .

Ability to work independently .

Ability to translate financial information to actiona ble information for your stakeholders.

Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

A degree in finance (M.Sc.
