University Intern, Innovations and Ecosystems (Summer Bloom Program)

We are now looking for a university intern to join the Innovations and Ecosystems Team. The internship lasts three (3) months during summer 2026 and is connected to the Summer Bloom entrepreneurship programme, which supports students in developing early-stage startup ideas. The internship will start as soon as possible. The exact start date will be agreed upon with the selected candidate.
Responsibilities
- As a university intern, you will assist the team in the practical implementation of the Summer Bloom programme and related activities.
- Your tasks include:assisting in daily practical tasks related to the Summer Bloom programme
- supporting participants during programme activities and sessions
- helping with event arrangements (e.g. preparing materials, setting up spaces, welcoming participants)
- assisting in communication and administrative tasks
- contributing to maintaining a friendly and inclusive atmosphere during activities
- You may also assist the team in other similar practical support tasks when needed.
Requirements
- We expect you to have:good communication and teamwork skills
- a reliable and proactive attitude towards assigned tasks
- willingness to learn and contribute to everyday practical work
- interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, or student activities
- good command of English (Finnish is considered an advantage)
- The internship must be included in your degree at the University of Vaasa.
