About this role

For our client in the banking sector, we are looking for Junior Automation Test Engineers for Cross-Border & SWIFT applications.

In this role, you will support testing and automation activities, including:

Assisting in test analysis and test case design

Developing and maintaining automated test cases

Executing tests and reporting results

Supporting root cause analysis of defects

Contributing to test framework development and continuous improvements

Participating in test planning and estimation activities

Collaborating with team members and stakeholders in a global environment

Required skills:

Basic experience or understanding of test tools and test management tools

Knowledge of software testing principles (ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent is considered an advantage)

Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Python, Robot Framework, and Jenkins / CI/CD practices

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in an international and distributed team environment

Interest in or basic understanding of the financial and payments domain
