We are seeking a GP Sales Representative for the Adelaide South territory. This is an exciting opportunity to join and build a high-performing, fun and driven team!
Working in our CVRM (Diabetes) team, in this role, you'll collaborate with General Practitioners and Primary Health Care providers to connect innovative treatments with patient care. You'll play a vital role in educating healthcare professionals, supporting medical advancements, and driving improved health outcomes in your community. If you're passionate about sales in healthcare, thrive on building relationships, and want to grow with a company that invests in your development, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
The territory includes periodic country travel to the Limestone Coast and Riverland/Mildura regions (approximately one week in every seven).
We welcome applicants looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry. If you hold a relevant degree (science, medical or equivalent) and bring territory sales experience with demonstrable achievements, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Prior territory sales experience (ideally medical/pharma but open to candidates with FMCG/ B2B sales) with a track record of success
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification across medical/science areas)
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to plan strategically and achieve results
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales in SA
- Experience working with digital tools and data to optimise sales
- Knowledge of therapeutic areas, healthcare systems, and the pharmaceutical environment

The Role – What You’ll Do As a GP Sales Representative on the Adelaide South Territory, you will: Build strong partnerships with General Practitioners, retail pharmacies, and allied health professionals. Engage healthcare professionals in conversations about approved medicines, efficacy, and safety. Develop and execute a local sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in your territory. Use data insights to understand customer needs and tailor your approach. Successfully complete all product training and obtain your Medicines Australia (MA) qualification. Drive performance while maintaining compliance with the MA Code of Conduct. What We’re Looking For
