The Opportunity

As a

Strategic

Talent Acquisition Partner

you are a trusted partner for the supported business area in talent acquisition related solutions that influence business decisions. You are strongly collaborating with Hiring Managers and senior management in the full lifecycle recruitment of talent - individually managing a portfolio of requisitions and focusing on meeting and exceeding hiring manager's expectations and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process

, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and processing offers in Workday

Execute strategic sourcing and pipelining

to engage passive talent for current and future complex role demands

Identify, manage, and coordinate

with appropriate recruitment vendors and partner agencies

Advise and support hiring managers

through coaching on feedback, offer development, competency assessment, and interview facilitation

Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

by acting as the primary point of contact and resolving issues proactively

Coordinate and mentor Talent Acquisition Interns

to support the department's hiring capacity and needs

Drive recruitment process improvements and strategic initiatives

by understanding Roche's business strategy and competitive landscape to deliver business impact

Who You Are

University or College Degree

in Human Resources (or equivalent work experience) with 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably with agency background

Demonstrated expertise

managing entire recruitment cycles and recruitment projects from concept to completion

Strong customer centricity

with end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, and a growth/agile mindset for ambiguous situations

Multi-cultural awareness

and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, changing matrix environments

Excellent communication, influencing, and networking skills

with strong stakeholder management capabilities to influence and manage expectations

Collaborative team player

with a strong drive for results, positive attitude, and proven ability to work cross-functionally

Proficiency in English
