JOB TITLE:

Principal Engineer – Advanced AI Engineering

Requirements

  • building and operating AI solutions in a regulated environment, including
  • managing

  • Strong critical thinking and judgement: able to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear technical direction,

  • Ability to influence and mentor engineers through technical leadership, coaching and constructive feedback, and to engage senior stakeholders on technical direction and decisions

  • Experience delivering technology solutions in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
  • Experience of research, either in industry or as part of an advanced degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience developing technology solutions for customer-facing platforms at scale (
  • digital

  • Experience setting or evolving engineering standards, reference
  • architectures
  • or reusable patterns in large organisations
  • Experience of partnering with Enterprise Architecture functions
