Responsibilities

- Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Business Partnering: Support joint IT/business roadmap planning and prioritization, ensuring business needs, process requirements, and improvement opportunities are clearly captured and cost-justified. Develop a comprehensive business systems roadmap for enhancements, upgrades, and cross-functional improvements. Participate in designing and delivering business system solutions that strengthen operational performance while optimizing costs. Monitor process and tool performance and recommend data-driven improvements that increase business value and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Operational Leadership: Lead and guide internal and external contributors involved in business systems delivery, including operations, maintenance, and continuous improvements. Coordinate with relevant subject matter experts to align solution design with business requirements while managing costs and resource allocation efficiently. Maintain documentation of processes, systems, and target capabilities. Proactively ensure all operational business systems deliver intended value and support structured prioritization of initiatives.
