We are looking for a Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to join a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company within hospitality tech. The company develops an AI-powered platform that helps hotels and other accommodation providers increase revenue, drive more direct bookings, and streamline operations. This role is central to the company’s continued growth journey and involves leading, developing, and scaling a sales team in an international and highly ambitious environment.
Your responsibilities 🔧
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Account Executives and SDRs, with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and long-term growth. You will drive a high-performance culture through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, coaching, and continuous skills development. The role also involves close collaboration with leadership as well as functions such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize go-to-market strategy, improve conversion, and ensure scalable sales processes. You will contribute both strategically and hands-on to driving growth and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Your profile / Required skills ✅
Several years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS or software
Proven experience as a successful individual contributor in sales
Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
Strong experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools
Experience building and working with scalable sales processes in fast-growing environments

Experience in international SaaS sales
Experience leading teams in growth-stage or scale-up companies
