About this role

What will you do?

As a Product Growth Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of Product and Growth, helping drive smarter decisions across acquisition, retention, and monetization.

You will be a key partner to Performance Marketing, Product, Engineering, CRM, and Data, strengthening Rebtel’s measurement, attribution, and experimentation capabilities to ensure decisions are grounded in reliable insights.

Areas of ownership:

Own key parts of the tracking and measurement framework across app and web

Improve event taxonomy, tracking documentation, and data quality standards in collaboration with Product and Engineering

Ensure analytics supports both growth performance and product experimentation

Work hands-on with Rebtel’s analytics and attribution stack (e.g. mParticle, PostHog, GA4, Adjust or similar)

Help ensure reliable data flows across product, marketing, CRM, and BI systems

Contribute to attribution improvements and privacy-safe measurement (e.g. SKAN, iOS privacy updates, consent frameworks)

Partner with Growth and Product leadership to define and refine KPI frameworks aligned with company objectives

Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that influence prioritization and investment decisions

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable self-serve, data-informed decision-making across teams

Support deeper evaluation of experiments and performance using methods such as incrementality testing, geo lift, or causal impact (depending on experience)

Requirements

  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator. We work in English, but you will hear many languages in our Stockholm office
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, or growth/product data roles — ideally in a consumer app or high-growth digital environment
  • Experience with tools such as GA4, Adjust, mParticle, PostHog or similar
  • Solid understanding of attribution, cross-channel dynamics, and modern privacy constraints.
