About the Role You will lead complex EDS product development in an automotive environment where timing, cost, quality, and customer alignment all need to move in step. This is a role for you who enjoy bringing structure to complex programs, coordinating many functions, and creating momentum across the full development process. You will work closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders, making sure milestones are clear, decisions are anchored, and the project keeps moving in the right direction. The role is especially interesting if you want broad ownership in a technically demanding setting with a strong focus on delivery. Job DescriptionYou will lead multifunctional teams to secure progress throughout the product development process. You will define project milestones in line with the PDP and synchronize them with customer milestones. You will establish the project team and make sure all required functions are represented. You will create action plans, follow up on execution, and drive the program forward. You will schedule, prepare, and run project reviews, including PDP gate reviews. You will define and maintain the project timeline and keep focus on timing, cost, and quality targets. You will manage customer communication and build clear alignment with key stakeholders. You will support structured decision-making and help the team stay focused on agreed goals and priorities. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field.
