Are you looking to kick-start your career in project coordination within a large-scale international tech environment?
We are currently looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join a major transformation program within a global retail and technology organization. You will become part of a large SAP S/4HANA initiative and support a Tech Architecture stream with coordination, planning, and delivery follow-up.
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the team with daily coordination and ensuring that activities and deliveries stay on track. You will collaborate across teams and functions while helping to build structure, improve ways of working, and drive follow-ups in an agile and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on deliveries across teams and streams
- Create and update Jira items
- Plan, facilitate, and follow up on meetings
- Write meeting minutes (MoM) and track actions
- Support the development of processes and ways of working within the stream
- Help ensure timelines and deliveries are aligned and completed on time
- Navigate and support stakeholders in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- The scope of the role may grow over time depending on your eagerness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
