Java Developer and Scrum Master

About this role

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will split your expertise between hands-on, high-level backend development and guiding your agile team to success as their Scrum Master. As a senior developer, you are expected to bring senior technical leadership, mentorship, and a deep understanding of complex software environments.
• On the development side, you will be responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable backend systems. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a continuous improvement mindset within the DevOps team.
• As a consultant, you will:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services using Java.
• Act as the team's Scrum Master, ensuring agile principles are followed and helping the team continuously improve their delivery flow.
• Ensure system scalability and perform load testing for high-performance applications.
• Collaborate closely within a cross-functional DevOps environment to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to more junior team members.
